We will explore:

  • Why the body packs on weight and why diets often don’t work

  • The emotional and unconscious factors that influence our food choices and the ability to change

  • Achievable strategies for overcoming these barriers

Attendees will receive:

  • Comprehensive understanding of anatomy/physiology in a fun and engaging way to help you support your body’s needs

  • You will learn how to balance your macronutrients without using calorie counting or other deprivation tactics

  • You will learn the role inflammation plays in how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally, and how to counter it.

  • An understanding of the deeper intelligence behind your food struggles and cravings and how to access those deeper needs without using food.

  • Food sensitivity testing with Lisa **

  • 1:1 session with Darja to process test results and emotions about food **

  • Personalized meal plans that you learn to design using the new found knowledge**

  • One week of online support through scheduled check-ins while you learn to apply knowledge and strategies**
