You’re not failing at all. You’re listening to your body and that’s really positive! We will help you and your body learn how to focus and ask for healthier choices naturally.

We will explore:
Why the body packs on weight and why diets often don’t work
The emotional and unconscious factors that limit the ability to change
Achievable strategies for overcoming these barriers
Attendees will also receive:
Food sensitivity testing for 100 food items
Personalized meal plans that you learn to design
One on one session with Darja to process emotions about food limitations
One week of online support through daily check-ins while you learn to apply the strategy
